With immediate effect, Hensel Recycling is also a member of the Cluster of Environmental Technologies Bavaria – a network in the Bavarian environmental economy. Here politics, research, science and commerce work together closely with the goal of strengthening medium-sized Bavarian businesses and establishing a network between businesses and research institutes.

As Hensel Recycling responds to novel coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and the communities in which we operate and, where possible to do so safely, maintaining our manufacturing operations so that we can continue to serve our customers.

Sebastian Hensel appointed Managing Director of Hensel Recycling UK

With effect from 1.1.2020, Sebastian Hensel has been appointed Managing Director of the UK site. Since 2017, Sebastian Hensel has been working in the Slinfold branch – initially as a Sales Manager, since 2018 as a Sales Director and since 2019 as the General Manager.

Hensel Recycling at the ‘Berufswegekompass’ vocational training fair

On 5 October 2019, the Berufswegekompass vocational training fair took place in Aschaffenburg. The event is aimed at young people searching for orientation regarding their imminent choice of career. This year more than 100 businesses and institutions from the Aschaffenburg area took part and presented their training opportunities.

Oliver Krestin – new president of the IPMI

The 43rd conference of the International Precious Metals Institute took place from June 15th to June 18th in Reno, Nevada. This year, there was a very special occasion for Hensel Recycling, as Oliver Krestin, one of Hensel Recycling’s Managing Directors, was appointed as the President of the prestigious Precious Metals Association.
