The Aschaffenburg-based companies Hensel Recycling and Weber GmbH are embarking on a new future together: With C. Hensel Holding and Hensel Recycling acquiring a stake in Weber GmbH, a strategic partnership is being established with the aim of pooling technological expertise, tapping into new markets and developing innovative solutions for the circular economy.
Hensel Recycling is further expanding its position in Asia with the establishment of Hensel Recycling Asia Pte. Ltd. (HRAS) in Singapore. Production at the new location is scheduled to start in February 2026 and will further strengthen the company’s presence in Southeast Asia and India.
By the end of 2024, shareholders Clemens and Thomas Hensel will withdraw from the operational management of the Hensel Recycling Group, focusing exclusively on strategic management.
